BRCW Type 2 no D5322, delivered new to Haymarket shed some 4 months earlier, photographed with a westbound freight at Saughton Junction in August 1959. The train has recently joined the E&G off the 'sub' at Haymarket West Junction and is about to cross over to the Fife lines before heading north.
