Wakefield shed's ex-WD 2-8-0 no 90348 stands at Darlington Bank Top on 13 May 1962 with the RCTS (East Midlands Branch) 'East Midlander No 5' rail tour. This locomotive handled the short leg between Darlington Bank Top and Darlington North Road, following which a visit to the works had been arranged.
