Wennington Junction
The Wennington signalman has been quick to return his down (?) starter to danger as a Leeds - Morecambe DMU accelerates away from the station during the early evening of Saturday 24th April 1976. Running off to the right is the trackbed of the direct line to Lancaster, closed in 1966.
