Burntisland Aluminium Works

In 1971, the British Aluminium Company's Burntisland works obtained two Fowler 0-4-0DMs from United Fireclay Products, Bathville, West Lothian, to replace their steam pugs. One of them was photographed from a passing train in 1973. The works has since been demolished, with housing now covering most of the site.
