Carnforth

With the departure of the last Class 20s in November 2011 only one DRS loco remains in storage at Carnforth, namely BRCW Type 3 33030. These Southern Region engines always seemed a bit out of place in the North West but, by coincidence, the last two main line operational Class 33s are still used by West Coast Railways from the depot behind the coaling tower.
