Bury Bolton Street
LNWR 7F 0-8-0 Super D 49395 proved a popular visitor to the ELR for the Autumn Steam Gala and is seen here waiting to leave Bury for Rawtenstall. I remember this National Collection locomotive as a rusting hulk at the Ironbridge Gorge Museum so it was an added pleasure to see it gleaming at the head of a six coach train and travel behind it.
