Southport
A Merseyrail EMU leaves Southport (Chapel Street) and heads towards Liverpool in 2011, the line itself obscured by trees. The stabling sidings alongside the line of the old chord are still in place, although not in use at that time. See image 35056 for the same location in 1980.
