Dalmeny
Britain's longest scheduled train service, the CrossCountry 08.20 Aberdeen - Penzance, runs south towards Edinburgh on 22 August 2011, having just crossed the Forth and passed through Dalmeny station in the background. Next stop will be Haymarket, the 11th of 45 intermediate stations served during the train's 13 hour 23 minute marathon journey.
