Edinburgh Princes Street

The carriage sidings on the west side of the Princes Street train shed were lifted not long before this winter 1965-66 shot was taken. The buildings to the left on Rutland Square survive to this day along with the distant Caledonian Hotel, not to mention the former station entrance itself see image 8250.
