Maesteg
'Lines end' at Maesteg in April 2011, with a detached buffer assembly and chained sleepers acting as a stop barrier. The old trackbed beyond is well used to access Asda and the town using a gap created in the palisade fence behind the trees on the right, and then walking alongside the fence on left to access the platform via the ramp.
