Springfield Yard

Ex-Clydesmill Power Station No 3 at the former SRPS Depot, Springfield Yard, Falkirk, in 1970. The Barclay 0-4-0ST (works no 1937) was built at Kilmarnock in 1928 and had spent its entire life at the power station before being donated by the SSEB in 1970. The locomotive travelled light engine from Cambuslang to Springfield Yard. This entire area is now occupied by a large retail park.
