Coulter
The former station at Coulter on the Caledonian route from Symington to Peebles, seen here in March 2011 looking east towards Biggar. The photograph is taken from the abutment of the now dismantled viaduct that once brought the line over the Clyde. A section of platform survives on the other side of the level crossing, while to the left of the crossing was the entrance to the goods yard.
