Spotted at Keppel Road station, Singapore, on 28 January 2011. This single-cylinder Ransome & Rapier hydraulic buffer stop is a long way from its birthplace in Ipswich - and still fit for purpose at 81 years old. It is likely to be removed, along with the metre guage tracks, in June 2011.
