Embsay Junction
The first post-preservation passenger outing of Gresley K4 2-6-0 no 3442 The Great Marquess took place on 4 May 1963 when the locomotive hauled the RCTS (West Riding Branch) 'Dalesman' railtour out of Bradford Forster Square. The train is seen here on the day shortly after passing Embsay Junction on the Grassington branch.
