Patricroft Shed
View over the site of Patricroft MPD (latterly 9H) in 1968, the year of official closure with a few steam and diesel locomotives on shed. This was a large depot, with what was the original 8 road straight shed on the left eventually forming an 'L' shape with the later 10 road shed standing beyond the coaling plant. Patricroft was demolished in August 1968, a few weeks after closure.
