Haig's Siding
The former John Haig headquarters and bottling plant is quite a
landmark on the rail journey north through Fife. 'John Haig & Co Ltd, Markinch' it says in feet-high letters. The plant was once (naturally) rail served and embedded rails still exist, as can just be seen in this view of 27 October 2010.
