Harrogate

Looking back towards the main station at Harrogate on 27 September from the end of the long northbound platform. A DMU has just pulled up with a Leeds - Knaresborough service. The old bay platform on the right once served trains on the 14 mile branch to Pateley Bridge (closed 1951) although it was later converted for use as a stabling and fuelling road.
