Corstorphine [2nd]
Last day of passenger services at Corstorphine on 30 December 1967, although there still seems to be plenty of activity in the adjoining goods yard. On the right is the last train from Corstorphine, the 13.36 (SO) to Edinburgh Waverley, comprising 2 mixed-livery Metro-Cammell 2-car sets. This had arrived as the 13.06 (SO) from Waverley, the usual 2-car set having been strengthened with an additional set for the occasion. On the left is the last through train from Corstorphine to North Berwick, consisting of a Gloucester RC&W 2-car set timed to leave at 13.24.
