Hoghton
The mid afternoon service from Colne to Blackpool South approaches the AHB level crossing at Hoghton on 14 March 2010. In the background the bridge carries the A675 from Preston to Blackburn road. Until 2009 there were facing and trailing emergency crossovers at this point, however track rationalisation has taken place and it has been plain lined in both directions.
