Fraserburgh

Fraserburgh from the Links Road bridge looking south, a month after final closure. The two roads on the right latterly formed the loop, but were the St. Combs (middle) and Aberdeen (right) lines when passenger services operated. The foundations of the signal box can be seen at the bottom left.
The line remained in this limbo state only for a few months and track lifting commenced in early 1980. This part of the railway is now occupied by the Harbour Access Road, completed in 1987.
