Plockton
A party of academics and planners from developing countries waits to board the Inverness train at Plockton in the summer of 1983. The 'Plockton seminar' on regional development was an annual event for many years organised by the photographer, originally in his capacity as Head of Planning & Research at the Highlands & Islands Development Board.
