Bonnyton Junction

Looking east over the old Dalry line, Kilmarnock station is behind the trees above the end of metal fence on the right. The up line remains still in situ (was used for a number of years after the line closed for testing track maintenance equipment - siding extended almost to Knockentiber). The bank in the middle distance hides the Barrhead line, but the buffers on the Johnnie Walker siding headshunt can be seen.
