AMTRAK F59PHI no 459 has just received the all clear to run south over Cedar Street crossing in San Diego, CA on 15 August 2009. The train will shortly enter the Santa Fe Depot where it will form the northbound Pacific Surfliner service #577, the 1255 to Los Angeles.
