Preston
47375 was in the news a lot in 2009. On 250209 it failed north of Preston, was dragged into the station area to await further assistance and is seen here waiting on a through road in front of the new multi-storey car park. Two days later 47375 was hauled away by 47810 see image 22665 and fairly quickly condemned and sent to Booths at Rotherham. However it was later reported that it has been secured, removed from the scrapyard and taken to Barrow Hill.
