Preston (Ribble Branch)
Dwarfed by its two MkI coaches, Barclay 0-4-0ST 'John Howe' hustles along the Ribble Steam Railway. The train is on the outward leg and running down to Strand Rd exchange sidings with the river on the left side of the picture. The steam passenger service operates at weekends and the bitumen tanks on MWF.
