Bonnington

View west along the platforms at Bonnington on 15 March 2009, with the two storey station building on the left providing access from Newhaven Road See image 23037. At one time in this view the centre of the bridge would have been bisected by the large and distinctive chimney of the old Chancelot Mill that stood in the background. This section of the North Leith branch was finally closed to freight traffic in 1968.
