Longniddry

322 483 pulls into Longniddry on 7 March 2009 with a North Berwick to
Edinburgh service. This is the only EMU operated service in the east of Scotland and the sets are maintained at Shields depot in Glasgow. The stock is transferred to and from Shields by two revenue-earning trips a day, travelling of necessity via Carstairs. Those trips aside 322s are used only on the North Berwick line which sees no other electric stock.
