One of a number of locomotives rescued from Muirs scrapyard in Thornton after several years is L&HR No 10 (Barclay 1245 of 1911, originally supplied to Craigend Colliery, Falkirk). The restored locomotive is seen in the shed at Haverthwaite on 18 October 2008.
