Holcombe Brook
A push pull set sits at the simple terminus at Holcombe Brook after another run up the short branch from Bury. Note the side contact third rail still in place and the mineral wagon in the goods yard. The station site is now occupied by a small shopping centre (Map reference SD 780151). Undated photo but thought to have been taken on last weekend of passenger services.
