Blackpool North
Blackpool North No. 2 signal box, a large Lancashire & Yorkshire structure controlling the stations semaphores and points, is not readily accessible hence this view from a train arriving at the station. Box No. 3 has long since disappeared but No. 1 still operated at the other end of the carriage sidings until it closed in January 2011. See image 32533
