Farington Curve Junction
The pointwork around Farington Curve Junction can be clearly seen in this view south from Bee Lane bridge in August 2008 as a Pendolino heads north towards Preston. The Ormskirk route curves off to the far right while, in the centre, the line to Blackburn starts to climb before eventually turning east and crossing over the WCML.
