Manors North

Standing on the derelict platform 1 of the closed Manors North in 1983 as a 101 DMU pulls into platform 6 of Manors East on a Morpeth service. Part of the old clock tower on the west side of the station can just be seen top right and the wooden (white) footbridge, that provided the link between the derelict and operational platforms at this time, can be seen through the broken windows of the canopy, as can the curve of the Tyne Bridge beyond.
