Paisley Abercorn

A class 08 shunter brings a freight south through Paisley Abercorn in October 1966. This was the second station to stand on the site, the first, opened by the Paisley & Renfrew Railway in 1837 as plain Paisley, being replaced in 1866 by this station which gained the suffix Abercorn in 1880.
