Morecambe Harbour

For over 50 years passengers could transfer direct from trains onto coastal steamers at the Harbour station but it closed in 1904. Goods traffic continued until 1933. Now known as the Stone Jetty cafe the sea defences around it have grown considerably in recent years but the building survives and is popular. View across Morecambe Bay to the Cumbrian Coast.
