Fraserburgh

The daily goods from Aberdeen headed by a class 24 (5125), arriving at Fraserburgh on a windy spring day in 1973, seen from the beach promenade. In the background is the Consolidated Pneumatic Tool Works (aka the Toolies), at that time the biggest employer in the town. Alas, the Toolies like the railway itself is now just a memory, having closed in the early 1980s.
