Fraserburgh
View of Fraserburgh station and yard from Links Road bridge in the summer of 1972. At this time the basic integrity and general condition of the abandoned site was still fairly good and it is not hard to imagine how it had been 7 or 8 years earlier. However the next couple of years were not so kind, and the building of an adventure playground on the site of the old turntable only accelerated the inevitable vandalism, which up to this point had been negligible.
