A view familiar to generations of Fraserburgh folk (of a certain age). Looking east down Kessock Road towards the beach in June 1980. The Aberdeen to Fraserburgh line was lifted by this time, but the bridges and solum survived for a short while afterwards. This view has now completely disappeared, including the promenade bridge, (just visible behind the railway bridge), which has also been filled in.
