Kirkcowan
The old station house at Kikcowan looking north from the old trackbed (now the B733 road) on 31 May 2007. The road once crossed the station site on a bridge just to the right and continued on the north side of the line. Following closure of the railway in 1965 the bridge was demolished and the road straightened.
