Knaresborough Viaduct
Knaresborough Viaduct in North Yorkshire, seen with a DMU crossing in 1979. The 1851 structure, with a total span of 338 feet, carries rail traffic 90 feet above the Nidd Gorge on the line between York and Leeds via Harrogate.
