Hexham
Looking east over Hexham station in February 2007, with an eastbound DMU preparing to depart. The station once boasted significant goods facilities, bay platforms and a locomotive shed. There were branches south to Allendale and north to Reedsmouth, thence the Wansbeck Valley to Morpeth or Border Counties to Riccarton Junction.
