A Glasgow QS - Cumbernauld service approaches Sighthill West Junction over the Cowlairs Chord. The Cowlairs Carriage Sidings (beyond) building is to be demolished for the new Maintenance site and the Turkey sidings site (lifted, in V of junction) will become the Glasgow Central Signalling Centre.
