Long Meg Tramway (Long Meg Plaster Company Ltd)

Introduction

This standard gauge railway of the Long Meg Plaster Company Ltd linked the Long Meg Plaster Works to the Settle and Carlisle Line (Midland Railway) at [[Long Meg Sidings. The spelling Longmeg was also used. Long Meg itself is a Neolithic Stone Circle to the east.
