RAIL chiefs yesterday took the rare step of offering a reward for the conviction of fireraisers whose actions halted trains in south-west Scotland for a week after Christmas.

Some fine imitation British Railways era platform enamels at Kilmarnock seen on 15/10/2016. They are in fact in the wrong colour, being Eastern Region dark blue instead of Scottish light blue, but only a carping pedant of the worst sort would point out that out.
