Station
Alcraig (1915-1915)
Opened on the Cromarty and Dingwall Light Railway.
This station was never built and not opened. It was intended to have a platform, waiting room, siding with a loading bank and house.
Construction was abandoned in 1915.
Railway construction, which started from Cromarty, never reached this location. Alcraig would have been the first station on the line out from Conon Bridge. Construction commenced from Cromarty due to difficulties purchasing land between the junction and this station.
