New Addington [Tram]: Tram no. 2543 just arrived at New Addington, at 14.34 on Tuesday, 17th October 2023. The destination blind has still to be changed for the return journey to West Croydon.
Carlisle: Carlisle station in August 1967. 44802 awaits departure with 1M31, the 9.10am Dundee to Blackpool North.
Torphins: Torphins, seen from a departing DMU bound for Ballater. The date is thought to have been late 1965 or early 1966, just a few weeks before closure of the Deeside line.
York: The surviving LNER IC225 sets are now scheduled on services to either York or Leeds with those going further north entrusted to the Azuma fleet. 91119 waits in Platform 6 at York before returning to Kings Cross on 11th October 2023.
Balado: This could be easily missed, the fallen 21 miles (from Stirling) marker west of Balado.
Haymarket MPD: 26019, condemned at Haymarket shed on 13 July 2023 and buffered up to 20101.
East Loch Tarbert Slip: MV Catriona arrives at Tarbert with a CalMac sailing from Portavadie on 3 November 2023.
Southport: No sooner had pioneer 507001 departed from Southport at 14.34 with the delayed 14.27 2U36 Merseyrail working to Hunts Cross (See image [[87774]]) than sister unit 507009 arrived to off-load and load passengers and be ready to form the 14.42 departure back to Hunts Cross on 14 July 2023. The numbers of the York Carriage Works built Class 507 & 508 EMUs in service are declining rapidly, as the new Stadler Class 777 EMU/BEMUs are brought into service. 508125, seen alongside, is one of those since sent for scrapping having reached Sims Metal at Newport on 9 October along with unit 508124. Shawfair: Scene looking south at Shawfair station on 15 June 2015, approximately 12 weeks prior to the official opening of the Borders Railway. The 158 pulling away from platform 1 is on a route familiarisation trip between Tweedbank and Newcraighall. The new station is nearing completion, with work currently underway on the erection of safety fencing.
Eastleigh: 377151, a Southern Railway EMU, running on the 1126hrs Southampton Central to Brighton on 25th October 2023. It runs into Eastleigh, the driver changes ends and away it goes to Brighton four minutes later, due to arrive 1321hrs.
Govan: HR 103 is running round its train at Govan (note the Ibrox gasometer) as part of Easter Rambler No 4 on 17 April 1965. (See also [[21246]]). It was next seen passing through Crossmyloof station in a southerly direction.
