Amerton Farm Railway

Where there were once serious standard gauge railways overground and narrow gauge underground [see image 33950], the sole survivor in 2011 is a miniature railway. Good for family visits... [Ken Strachan]
Birmingham Air-Rail Link

Birmingham and Derby Junction Railway


Cross Country 170398 hurries through Willington station, heading towards Derby, on 8th May 2017. Willington closed to passengers in 1968 but reopened in 1994. It is unstaffed but well cared for by a local community group. [Mark Bartlett]
