Edinburgh Waverley
Since the Market Street entrance to Waverley was made more welcoming a few years ago it seems to be treated as a mini-concourse, perhaps by visitors who think it is the concourse. To be fair Waverely must be confusing place to strangers and it being below street level doesn't help.
