West Old Dock [Leith]
The NBR line to North Leith and its goods station continued across Commercial Street (running left-right in front of the houses) to enter the Docks at this point. Tracks remain in place in the foreground, though those crossing the road and into the Old Dock have long gone. The NBR station
building is still there, hidden by the former Highland Queen whisky bond on the extreme left. The houses occupy the site of the goods station. Behind the camera the west dock was off to the right and east dock to the left.
