Visiting from the Worth Valley Railway, Spam Can West Country 4-6-2 34092 City of Wells slows to call at Irwell Vale whilst running tender first from Rawtenstall to Heywood on 19th August 2017. The ELR has now launched a fund to purchase the locomotive.
