Preston (Ribble Branch)
Star of the RSR Industrial Steam Gala 2016 was undoubtedly diminutive Peckett 2012/1941 Teddy from the Chasewater Railway. With its 2' diameter wheels it is restricted to around 10mph (but sounds like it is doing 60). The tiny 0-4-0ST is seen here passing the eastern sand drag with a Victorian Train on 17th April 2016.
